Warm Up: 25 side punches, Jumping Jacks, Toy Soldiers and run to end of lot and back.
PAX were instructed to find a partner. We started at 100 and worked our way down in increments of 10. In-between each set, we ran to end of parking lot, did 5 burpees and ran back. Each person works on their own to complete the ladder, but could not run and move on to the next set on the ladder until their partner had completed the set. So! If you finish the 100 forward lunges and your partner is at 75, you will jump in at 75 with your partner and complete the set.

- 50 LBC’s

- 30 Sit-Up & Cross Punch

We completed just at the perfect time to do our COT and Prayer Request.
