Happy Monday!! 9 beautiful ladies joined me this morning to get our week started off right with some intense Tabata!

Shout out to Tiny Dancer and myself for hitting our one year mark with FiA!!! Happy FiAversary to us!! 

Warm up: Toy soldiers IC, SSH IC, arm circles forward and back, Micheal Phelps, short lap around playground

The Thang:

4 minute Tabata sets- 6 sets total

  1. SSH/ jump lunges
  2. merkins/ donkey kicks
  3. pulse squats/ squat jumps
  4. LBCs/ bicycles
  5. high knees/burpees
  6. mt climbers/plank jacks

6 pack wheel of death- 30 sec each no rest. Start with high knees… after each exercise go back to high knees

We did some stretching at the end. After prayer requests and praises Hairspray closed in prayer then nameorama
