We started with a quick warm up: 10 SSH (IC), 10 Through the tunnels (IC) and a few stretches.
7 of Diamonds: For the 1st round we completed 7 burpees at each of the 4 corners of the parking lot with a mosey in between the corners. Each round, we increased the reps by 7 with a different exercise each round, for a total of 4 rounds. Round 2, 14 merkins at each of the 4 corners. Round 3, 21 squats and round 4, 28 curtsy lunges. Then we went back down 21 squats, 14 merkins, 7 burpees.
I had to leave right at 6 to go to work, so Partly Cloudy took over the Q and lead everyone in a few rounds of her famous ab exercises!!
