Anniversary VQ

It was 1 year ago when I started my journey with FiA leading the way. Saturday was drizzling and a little chilly. There were along several local events going on but we had 5 PAX come out for my VQ. Thanks ladies for your support!

We started with Fixer Upper being chased by a giant flamingo and pineapple. Then jumped right into our warmup. A little stretch then Arm Crosses, Windmills and High knees each in cadence (10 each)
Repeat stretch.

The Thang

We did a total body workout. Each exercise was 1 minute each with a minute rest between each set.

Jump squat twist
Bicep curl
Shoulder press
Bicycles

Jumping jacks
Side lung with front raise
Push ups
LBC

Butt kicks
Squats with lateral raise
Calf raises
Russian twist

Jump rope
Stationary lung -30 sec each leg with hammer curl
Tricep Kickback
Reverse crunch

We did two rounds then moved right into a cool down with stretching to finish up.

COT – We did prayer request then each talked about what we were thankful for as we move into the holiday season. Finished with a prayer and coffeteria.
