Ironing at The Playground

Happy Spring Break!!! With only 2 of us (including our 2.0’s) at our April Fools Beatdown, we still had a killer workout that consisted of a variety of exercises that spelled out April Fools! Tabata style! 30 Sec with a 10 sec rest.
Started off with stretching arms & legs while explaining the workout…
April Fools Tabata (ish)
A – angry donkey kicks P – plank jacks R – rosalitas I – imperial walkers L – little baby flutter kicks *We ran a lap, but once at the bottom of the hill (about half way around) we ran up the hill…Backwards! APRIL FOOLS!!
F – froggers O – OYO russian twists (had to improvise!) O – OYO reverse flys (again) L – lunges S – seal/jumping jacks (alternating) *We ran again the same as above.
We managed to get 2 rounds of these in before ending with a song challenge. “Hit the Quan” – Pulse squats while doing rotating windmill arms (aka The Quan). During the chorus we step touched (to the beat of coarse) while resting our arms.
