8 Pax met on this GORGEOUS Wednesday night at Foxtrot to prove that ♫Big Girls Don’t Cry♫, even when doing their 100 Big Girl Sit Ups to mark off a box on their Bingo board.
First we warmed up with some arm circles, Michael Phelps, high knees, butt kicks and jumping jacks. Then we jumped right into The Thang!
THE THANG was an accelerator tonight, ramping up to get us all quite the workout. Complete exercise 1. Run the loop. Hold plank until everyone is back. Complete 1-2. Run the loop. Hold Plank. Complete 1-3….you get the drift.

- 20 Hillbillies
- 20 Scarecrows
- 20 Bicycle Crunches
- 20 Bicep Curls
- 20 Flutter Kicks
- 20 Mountain Climbers
- 20 Hallejulahs
- 20 Squats
After all 9 rounds, we then finished up with 10 more sit ups and were done!
We finished our beatdown with COT and by praying, thanking God for our time together, praying for sick family members and for our troops.
