We started out with some warmups of arm circles forward and back, Michael Phelps, and jumping jacks (thanks Dory for helping me out with the warmup). And then we went right to The Thang.
We did a pyramid starting at 20 reps of 5 exercises, 40 reps of 4 exercises, and 60 reps of 3 exercises. All of the Reps were total and we ran a lap between each number set. We made it through the pyramid 1.5 times.
20 Reps: Plank Shoulder Taps, BGS, Glute Bridges, Hillbillies & Squat to Overhead Press
40 Reps: Donkey Kicks, Russian Twists, Tricep Extensions & Reverse Lunges
60 Reps: LBC, Mountain Climbers & Bicep Curls
