6 PAX joined me on this warmer but rainy morning for the first beatdown of 2020 at the Hideout. We warmed up with arm circles forward, arm circles backwards, Michael Phelps, toy soldiers & jumping jacks. I explained the Thang & we got started.
We did 1 minute of a given exercise followed by 3 Big Girl Sit-Ups for one set (see pic below for exercises). We did a total of 20 sets. After 4 sets, we ran to the first light post & back then did 8 Big Girl Sit-Ups. After the 5th set we were short on time so we just did the sit-ups & skipped the run. The extra sit-ups weren’t initially planned but we added them in so we could all get to check off the 100 Big Girl Sit-Ups in one day bingo box. They seem much easier when you break them up but I’m sure I will feel them tomorrow.
We circled up for some prayers & Name-O-Rama.
