This morning Stitch & I started warming up with some leg kicks (IC) & arm circles before Dove joined us shortly after. We stayed at the top of hill on the sidewalk hoping to warm up a little quicker because that was where the sun was! It peeked at us from time to time but we still managed to warm up pretty quick.
3 Exercises in each round. 10 reps each, then a hill/sidewalk sprint..20 reps each, then a sprint..30 reps each, then a sprint..40 reps each, then a sprint..50 reps each, then a spring.
Round 1 – Merkins, BGS, Squats
Round 2 – Hallelujahs, Supermans, Jump Lunges
We had time for 2 rounds with round 2 being a “speed round” minus the sprints in between the exercises.
Plus we did a song challenge in between the rounds – Yeah – Dying bug & hip thrusts during the hook.
