- Sumo Squat
- Standing Obliques (sets)
- Seal Jacks
- Broad Jump Squats
- Upright Rows
*Lap after the 21 min
Screaming Shoulders (Arm Routine) – Moroccan Night Clubs, Randys, Hallelujahs, Around the Worlds… 10 reps, 7 reps, 21 reps – all together without putting your arms down!
