It was sooo cold so we got started in a hurry. We ran a long lap to get warm and jumped right into it. I tried to keep it simple and constant movement.
We did 10 exercises and 10 Reps Each
- Jumping Jacks
- Monkey Humpers
- Raggedy Anns
- Toy Soldiers
- Overhead Press
- Tricep Dips
After each set of ten exercises we ran a lap. We completed 7 Rounds before we moved on.
We then did Bat Wings followed by a 5 Minute Ab Tabata
30 Seconds each with minimal rest
- Russian Twists
- Reverse Crunches
- Big Girl Situps
- Pretzel Crunches
We finished up with a super quick prayer, picture and Cot because it was just so cold. Thanks for braving the weather with me ladies!
