BackBlast:

It was a chilly April morning & definitely did not feel like Spring but 3 PAX joined me to start their week off right. We started with a warm up of arm circles forwards, arm circles backwards, Michael Phelps, Toy Soldiers & Hip Swings.

After the warm up, we got started on the thang. We did 3 rounds of a 10 minute AMRAP with 4 exercises (10 reps each) plus a run to the speed bump & back. After we finished all three rounds we walked one big lap around the parking lot as our cool down then circled up for NOR & prayers.

The exercises were as follows:

Round 1:

  1. Around the Worlds
  2. Tricep Kickbacks
  3. Up Right Rows
  4. Bicep Curls

Round 2:

  1. Reverse Lunges with a front kick (total)
  2. Curtsy Lunges (total)
  3. Bear Squats
  4. Glute Bridges

Round 3:

  1. American Pie Sit-Ups
  2. Leg Lifts
  3. Russian Twists (sets)
  4. Penguins (sets)
