BackBlast:

It was a rainy, cold, and windy morning but 7 other Pax’s showed up with a smile on their face and ready to roll! We obviously did the workout in the covered area and hugged one side of the sidewalk and let the wind and sprinkles cheer us on as we started our workout.

Warming up, we did Monkey See, Monkey Do with some high knees, arm circles, and touching our toes.

We then begin The Millennial: We started all together and the first person who gets to 100 shouts it out and we all run a lap. Repeat these steps for these 10:

  1. Deadlift
  2. Squats
  3. LBC
  4. Monkey Humpers
  5. Glute Bridges
  6. Bicep Curl
  7. Russian Twists
  8. Sumo Squat
  9. Push Ups
  10. Calf Raises

The winner then leads in 10 Burpee Sets! Yay, the PAX’s were so excited about that! Lastly, we ended on  stretches of their choice and cooled down (or really, tried to continue staying warm!).

We finished right on time and circled up, shared our hearts and prayed. Thanks ladies for joining me on a not so ideal morning, started my day off right! If we could get through that weather, we can do anything!
