Indian Run or PW to get good & warmed up followed by:
10×10 Glute Block (10 exercises/10 reps on both sides)
Hip abductors, Donkey kicks, Fire hydrants, Bulgarian Split Squats, Glute Bridge, Glute March, Romanian Deadlifts, Alternating Forward Lunges, Sumo Squats, Pulse Squats…take a lap
Arm-ageddon (30 sec of each/ no rest between)
Forward arm circles, Reverse arm circles, Touchdowns, Chest Press, Overhead Press, Tricep Kick backs…take a lap
”Lower Tire Abs”
20 In & outs, 20 Leg Raises, 20 Flutter Kicks, 15 Reverse Crunches, 15 X & O’s….
