Weighted good morning to reverse lunge. Flunge.  Split stance row to kick back. High knees. Goblet squat. 180° squat jump. Arnold press. Mountain climber to push up. Renegade hip tap. Bourbons.

circuit two: 45 sec on, 20 sec rest

Elevated heel goblet squat. Weighted curtesy lunge. Side lunge to imperial walker. Sumo squat clean press. Plank jack. Alt. One leg deadlift. Flute bridge March. Flute bridge hold with pullover. Bear shoulder taps. Russian twist. Rotator cuff.
Walk a lap. Then we went around the circle and chose an exercise from the board for 45 sec to finish out.
