I had 6 lovely ladies join me at the Union for a misty foggy beatdown. This was not a cardio workout, but since the temperature was in the mid 50’s we still got a little sweat on.
We started with a little warm up of arm circles, forward folds and reaching overhead followed by stretch to the right then left.
On to the thang. We did 12 reps of six different exercises with a short run after each round. Each PAX was responsible for counting and keeping the pace for the exercise I gave them as the other PAX did the exercise.

Reverse lunge(right leg, then left leg)
We were able to get through 4 rounds then ended with FIA’s . Each PAX choose an exercise we did 12 count of the first, then moved to the next PAX choose.
