Another extremely beautiful day, 4 gorgeous ladies joining me that includes 1 FNG!! Yay!! While stretching a bit, I gave quick disclaimer & explanation of our 2 for 1 workout…

THE THANG:

Very easy…2 combo moves for 1 min (AMRAP)..after each tabata min we did a plank exercise that I had a PAX call out the number of reps that we did together before running a lap..

*Narrow Squat/Tricep Kickbacks

—> 30 Mt Climbers —> RUN

*Curtsy Lunge/Front Arm Extensions

—> 30 Shoulder Taps —> RUN

*Calf Raises/Side Arm Extensions

—> 15 J-Lo’s —> RUN

*Sumo Squat/Overhead Press

—> 15 Inchworm Plank —> RUN

*Reverse Lunge/Hammer Curls

——> RUN <——

The Ultimate Superman – 30 each while in the superman pose without stopping.

Superman, Jumping Jacks, Kickbacks, Hallelujahs, Scissor Kickbacks —->OUCH!

We ended with The Cha Cha slide as our cool down just because it was the next song on my playlist! Nice little surprise! Thanks Pax for the suggestion!! A little OYO stretching before COT & Name 0 Rama. Our FNG, Ramsey (Jessi) is a wife, mom & author!  Her name came from Dave Ramsey the financial advisor. Welcome Ramsey!!
