We did a tabata x 3, each round increasing in time.  The first round was 20 sec and after we got though all the exercises we did a lap.  Back at the top for round 2 and then went for 45 sec.  Rinse and repeat and round 3 was for 1 min.  A 1 min tabata was rough for a few of the exercises we did, but the ladies did awesome.

  7. fire hydrants – left leg
  8. fire hydrants – right leg
  9. leg lifts
  10. flutterkicks
