It was rainy… really rainy! As I drove to Dean Rusk I was mentally trying to figure out what I would do (work out or not?) if no-one showed up…. and then there were 6 others there!!!! I obviously worked out!
We did 30 of each of the three sets of exercises (And then ran under the awning) then go back and do 20 of each of the exercises (And then run) and then go back and do 10. And then run. Continue for all four rounds of three exercises. In order to get through them, we skipped some of the runs.
