It was a hot and humid Hump Day beatdown, for sure.  We sweated our butts off getting ready for Memorial Day weekend.  Thank you for the wonderful company, Ladies!

The Thang: After a warm-up, we did 8 rounds of two exercises (1st set for 30 seconds and 2nd set for 60 seconds) and 10 push-ups.  (1.5x total)

 

1. Squats – Reverse Lunges – 10 push-ups

2. Imperial Walkers – Bicep Curls – 10 push-ups

3. LBCs – Russian Twists – 10 push-ups

4. Mountain Climbers – Overhead Presses – 10 push-ups

6. Donkey Kicks – Glute Bridges – 10 push-ups

7. Moroccan Night Clubs – Hallelujahs – 10 push-ups
