This is a workout I found on the FIA Nation page. I editing the exercises a little but it’s the same format.

We made it two times through this which means we did 160 push ups!

30 seconds for the first exercise listed
60 seconds for the second one listed
Then 10 push ups after each set of two exercises

(I couldn’t remember some of the exercise names so I just explained it)

  1. Squats – Reverse Lunges
  2. Burpees – Bicep Curls
  3. Upright rows – Lay on back V legs (roselitta)
  4. All fours and alternating legs – Plank
  5. Jump Squats – Overhead Triceps
  6. Mountain Climbers – Indian LBC
  7. Glute Bridges – Straight leg sit ups
  8. Superman hold – Flutter kicks
