4 beauties joined me for a 30×30 workout. The idea is to do 30 exercises, with 30 reps each (or 30 seconds). We did a Cardio set between each round and got through all 3 sets. I had a fourth one planned just in case but we didn’t need that one. It was a good workout and high calorie burn!
Set 1: Lower Body
30 jump squats
30 curtsy lunges
30 deadlifts
30 weighted calf raises
30 weighted glute bridges
30 fire hydrants
– Do Cardio Round –
Set 2: Upper Body
30 chest press
30 bent rows
30 overhead press
30 bicep curls
30 tricep OH extensions
30 front/side raise
– Do Cardio Round –
Set 3: Abs
30 Russian twists
30 Flutter kicks
30 Hip Dips
30 LBC’s
30 Peter Parkers
30 Leg Lifts
Cardio Round – Do this between each set:
30 sec jump rope
30 sec high knees
30 sec jumping jacks
30 sec mountain climbers
30 sec butt kicks
30 sec ½ burpees
