Thanks to step up for the workout plan! Today I filled in for her as the Q and boy did she kick our butts!
We warmed up with a lap and then began the workout. There was a 4 leaf clover with each leaf consisting of two exercises. We did each exercise for 20 secs on and 10 secs rest, 4x through. Then we rested for 1 minute and then on to the next leaf. After we did all 4 leaves, we did another lap just to shake things out. Then we did two lightening rounds which was all 8 exercises for 20 secs, no rest in between. 1 minute rest before we started the second lightening round. We ended with some ab exercises and stretching.

1. Squats and squat jumps

2. plank up/downs and plank jacks

3. Alt lunges and butt kicks

4. push ups and mountain climbers

We watched the ace hardware be torn down while we were exercising. Crazy to see how much downtown  Wodstock has changed!
