We did a 4 Corners workout today and ran 2 laps in between each corner. On the corners we did 2 exercises that totaled “22” for the upcoming year and repeated the exercises 5 times thru since there are 5 days left to the new year. Here are the exercise sets per corner:

Corner 1: 10 Squat Jumps; 12 Deadlifts to Upright Row (Repeat 5x’s)

Corner 2: 10 High Knees; 12 Curtsey Lunge Raggedy Ann (per side) (Repeat 5x’s)

Corner 3: 10 Burpees ; 12 Peter Parkers to push-ups (Repeat 5x’s)

Corner 4: 10 Heisman sets; 12 Backward Lunge with Reverse Fly (Repeat 5x’s)

We ended with COT and names.
