19 PAX at AO Foxtrot- The day may have been chilly, the sun was not all the way up yet and the wind was starting up… but the lady of Foxtrot still came out to get a great workout!! We gathered together and chatted a bit till 8:00 AM hit! Then is was on.
– WARM UP –

9-Have you ever driven across country from coast to coast?!

Cone 2 – 30 plank jacks
Cone 3 – 40 squats
Cone 4 – 50 curb toe taps (sets)
In between each round we did 2 or 3 ab exercises. Russian Twists, Superman’s, penguins, etc.
Round 2 – 2X
Cone 1 – 20 Around the Worlds
Cone 2 – 30 jump squats
Cone 3 – 40 skaters (sets)
Cone 4 – 50 walking lunges (total)
Ring of Fire – ( 1 )
In a circle the PAX hold an air chair while a FiA does 5 star jumps. All the way around.

In a circle the PAX hold a plank while a FiA does 3 donkey kicks each leg.
We sat on our mats after the ring of fires and stretched a bit. We did 3 mins of good legs stretching, because I really worked our legs. We then said a prayer, did a nameorama and took a picture. We ended out amazing morning with coffee, Chai Tea and a few snacks. It was a beautiful sunrise, a good workout and a great way to start the day.
