Today we celebrated my birthday (2 days early) with a b-day Q! I was born on August 26, 1976 so that will make me 46 years old. So I designed my workout using a combination of those numbers.
I kept it mostly simple. 8 exercises for 26 reps/sets with a 76 second hold exercise in between each one. Then we did a quick ring of fire by walking in place while each pax does 4 reps of an exercise for 6 rounds.
1. Squats (26 reps)
– plank hold 76 secs
2. Deadlifts
– R. Side plank hold
3. glute bridges
– glute bridge hold
4. Push ups
– wall sit
5. Bent over rows
– L. Side plank
6. Wood chop 26 each side
– downward dog
7. Lunges sets
– boat hold
8. bicep curls with tricep ext sets
– Superman hold
Ring of fire- pax walk in place – 1 round for each exercise, 4 reps

2. Russian twist
3. crunches
4. penquins
5. Rosalitas
6. toe touches
