What a beautiful morning with no rain! Always a wonderful way to start the day. We started with a warm up of the usual which included arm circles, neck & shoulder rolls, Michael Phelps and some leg stretches.
With today being 5/11 I thought it would be a good idea to do 5 rounds of elevens. Although we didn’t make it to the 5th round we were able to knock out 4 rounds, laps and a bingo box with Sally. Here’s the workout:
Weighted Jab / Inner Leg Lift
Bicep Curls / Fire Hydrants
Reverse Fly / Side Lunges
Imperial Walkers / Toy Soldiers
Sally Song Challenge (Squats)
