I was surprised to have some many lovely ladies join me the day after Christmas. The weather was perfect for a beatdown. We started with some stretches and Jumping Jacks in Cadence, Through the Tunnel in Cadence and Toy Soldiers in Cadence and got to it.

The Thang-

5 Minutes-

  • Run or Walk

4 Minutes-

  • 15 Side Lunges Each leg
  • 15 Front Lunges Each Leg
  • 15 Standing Rainbows Each Leg
  • 15 Skaters

3 Minutes-

  • 15 Merkins
  • 15 Tricep Dips
  • 15 Deadlifts
  • 15 Chest Flies

2 Minutes-

  • 15 Sumo Squats
  • 15 Regular Squats
  • 15 Narrow Squats
  • 15 Jump Squats

1 Minute-

  • Hold Plank

When we finished this Kodak shared her bag of abs and bag of tricks and we all took turns drawing and managed to do 8 ab exercises and a few tricks.
