You know I love a good math equation!
I wasn’t sure anyone would show up today, as the weariness of May(hem) has already set in. But, to my delight and surprise, 7 PAX showed up for a hard Dora today!
We warmed up with stretches, side shuffles, and butt kicks in cadence. Then we got to work.
It is May 3rd, so the goal was to do 5 exercises Dora style 3 times. That was a bit ambitious as we only made it through almost 2 rounds.
100 Push Ups
100 Superman Squats
100 Bicep Curl to Upright Row
100 Weighted Side Bends
We partnered up. One person ran the other worked on reps. When the runner returned, we switched. Reps were cumulative. Once everyone finished the first round, we went through some abs. Then we started round 2 of the Dora.

We almost made it through the Fora twice, but ran out of time. We circled up, had some laughs, shared some stories, and prayed. Thank you for joining me ladies!!
