We tried getting through three rounds! Those Bulgarian split squats were no joke and slowed us down 😒🤣
Y’all I love FIA so much! I was dragging butt I’m exhausted emotionally and physically I didn’t want to work out but I showed (kinda had to thanks to being Q) and these ladies lit a fire under my butt and pushed me to give my all! Thank you ladies for showing up and giving your all and encouraging me ❤️
OK now for the workout
We did 27 reps of
Bulgarian split squats (each leg). Deadlifts. Rotator cuff. Chest fly (supine). Reverse crunches. In and out. Side lunges (all together). Laying down single leg raises- for hip dips, can never remember the name of those. Reverse chest fly. New move I’m calling a “lat pull” take your right knee and place your right elbow on knee in a 90° angle with or without weight, lower arm in front of knee and then pull behind shoulder. Penguins. Truck drivers (oblique crunches). We did 25 sec high knees after round one and then went into round two.
