I am so grateful for the FIA family of ladies! Today we celebrated my grandmother who passed away yesterday. She was 93 years old so I made a workout to go along with that.
First, we warmed up with through the tunnels, toy soldiers, and walked a lap.
I spelled out the words, grandma Nan, and assigned an exercise for each letter. We did nine reps and then in between each exercise we did three side straddle hops. When we got to the last “N”we walked or ran a lap and then repeated the whole work out. I got through it four times myself and I think most people either got through it three times or four times.
