A month ago, but it was such a fun workout.
There were three different workouts stations A, B and C. We selected a partner and that team was given a dice. The teams then selected a workout station to start.
One person on that team rolled the dice and completed the exercise dictated by the number on the dice while the other person on that team did the feature exercise for that workout station, then they switched to do the same exercises. After 6 rolls the team did a lap and switched to another workout station.
Working through the three stations took almost exactly an hour.
Station A: Feature Exercise: squats; Dice rolls: 1-10 burpees, 2- 20 donkey kicks, 3- 30 bicep curls, 4- 40 penguins, 5-50 jumping jacks; 6-60 hallelujas.
Station B: Feature Exercise: Randys; Dice Rolls: 1-10 star jumps; 2-20 firehydrants; 3-30 russian twists;4-40 imperial walkers; 5-50 monkey humpers; 6-60 flutter kicks
Station C: Feature Exercise: Lil Baby Crunches; Dice Rolls: 1-10 pushups; 2-20 inchworms; 3-30 plank jacks; 4-40 pick me ups; 5-50 calf raises; 6-60 glut bridges with weights.
We circled up for prayers, then on to friendship over coffee and Chai.
