A rainy morning didn’t deter 3 PAX for a fun Halloween morning beat down. Today we did increasing Tabata intervals with spooky themed movements. After a brief warm up of the usuals we got right into it.
Three rounds of Tabata.
Round 1 – 30 on/15 off
Round 2 – 45 on/15 off
Round 3 – 60 on/15 off
Movements:
Goblin Squats; Mummy Sit Ups; Worm Walks; Demon Deadlifts; Zombie Front Raises; Jackknives; Devils Press; Skull Crushers; Walking (Dead) Lunges; Plank Jack (O’Lanterns); Pumpkin Push Ups
We got through all three rounds and had time for our prayers, names, and a pic.
