It was a full house at The Den today! 13 lovely ladies, including 2 FNG’s, joined me for a AAA beatdown. We did 3, 5-minute A circuits. First one was 5 different arm exercises, next was 5 Ab exercises, and the final one was 5 Aerobic exercises. We did each exercise for 1 minute one and then had 10 seconds to prep for the next one. At the end of each circuit we ran a big lap around the parking lot.
Arm Circuit: front raise, squat to press, hammer curls, tricep extensions, upright row
Abs: sumo squat crunches, in and outs, Russian twists, LBC’s, plank
Aerobics: high knees, skaters, jumping jacks, butt kicks, mountain climbers
We completed all 3 circuits and then did a combined Arms and abs one to finish off. With having 2 FNG’s to name, we ended 2 mins early. I think I was so excited about having 2 FNG’s to name and my brain was partially frozen bc I completely forgot to do a prayer this morning. My bad! I realized it on my way home and spent a few quiet moments in my car thanking God for all the amazing women He has brought into my life through FiA and asked Him to be with all of you and your families as you go about your day.
