I continued the back to school beatdowns using the ABC’s. We had a wonderful group of ladies show up on the second day of school and get their workout on. We did a few warm ups and then jumped in.
First round – A for arms, B for belly, C for cardio. We did each exercise for one minute with 10 seconds in between.
Arms – overhead triceps, bent over rows, bicep curls, overhead press
Belly – lbc’s, bicycles, reverse crunches, russian twists
Cardio – side shuffle to end of lane, do 20 monkey humpers, side shuffle back, do 20 calf raises off the curb
Second round – A for leg exercises that started with A, B for bums, C for Cardio.
”A” legs – airplanes, alternating leg lifts, angry donkey kicks, alternating side step squats
Bum – fire hydrants, glute bridges, inner thigh leg lifts, donkey kicks
Cardio – power skip to end of lane, do 20 jump squats, lunge back, do 20 jumping jacks
We still had some time left so various ladies picked one exercise from each section to do again. We did bent over rows, reverse crunches, airplanes, and fire hydrants a second time. We then jogged one big lap and did some stretching before heading out into our day.
