Oops I did it again! Since I missed last week due to a migraine I figured I would try the Abs All Day workout for this week.
Jet Setter joined me and we had a quick Intro and Warm-Up then we started the Tabata, Tune and Got to Work!
We did a 4 Exercises for 1 minute with a 30 second Rest in between – at the end of each cycle we walked and chatted some more 🙂

It’s nice to meet new ladies and to get to chat just one on one so I truly enjoyed my morning getting to know Jet Setter. We missed all of our other friends but we are going to have the flattest tummies around and hopefully won’t be too sore for the Holiday Weekend!
