What a wonderful day for a beatdown! We gathered in our normal spot and quickly warmed up with a few stretches, butt kicks and Michael Phelps.
We performed 100 reps of each of the following exercises with a lap in between.
- Bicep Curls
- Bicycle Crunches
- Tricep Dips
- Oblique Dips
- Skull Crushers
We finished up with a prayer, COT and naming our FNG! Welcome Chopper!! 😀
