This morning I originally had a partner routine planned that I done last year at The Lair, but when I saw that it was just Banana Bread and myself at first, I pulled an audible and changed it up to an accumulator that I had done at The Rock in January.  BB and myself started warming up and we were both happy to see Outlander rolling in a few minutes later.

After our warm up we got started.  Accumulator – start with the 1st exercise and run a big parking lot lap.  Then do the 1st and 2nd exercises, run a lap. Then 1st, 2nd, 3rd and run a lap, and so on.

  1.  Overhead press
  2. Lunges (pax choice)
  3. Flutterkicks
  4. Reverse fly
  5. Jump squats
  6. Russian twists
  7. Tricep ext
  8. Monkey humpers
  9. American pie situps

Always a pleasure starting my morning with you ladies.  It was a nice kick start to my week!
