BackBlast:

It is officially Fall Break!  So, I wasn’t sure anyone would be around today.  But, lucky me had 3 other PAX to work out with this morning!  We warmed up with stretches and exercises in cadence.  Then we got to work.

The Accumulator: we do 1 exercise, then run to the stop sign.  Then we do the first and second exercise and run to the stop sign.  Then we do the first 3 exercises and run.  And we just keep accumulating.  Here is what we did.

5 Squat to Overhead Press

10 Bicep Curls

12 Side Lunges

14 Reverse Grip Rows

16 Russian Twists

18 Hip Dips

20 Jump Squats

18 Rotator Rays (Raises)

16 Sit Ups

14 Carolina Dry Docks

We finished with just a couple minutes to spare for stretching. We ran over 1.5 miles, did 60 squat to presses overall, and really worked up a sweat!  It was a good challenging workout.

We circled up, prayed, snapped a pic, chatted, and even ended with a visit from the cutest puppy, Deacon.  He was adorable!!  Thank you for joining me ladies!  Safe travels to all our FiAs on break this week.
