We started with a warm up of arm circles, Michael Phelps, toy soldiers and through the tunnels (in cadence).
How to play: roll three different dice – one with BINGO, one with number of sets, one with 1,2,3,4, or 5 to correspond with the board. We took turns rolling the dice and doing the listed exercises below. For each BINGO that was completed, we ran a lap. If there were two BINGOs, then two laps (this is where the accumulator part came in and where Chai was not liking BINGO so much). We ran 11 laps total!

It was a tough workout once the laps started to add up, but the ladies completed 11 laps total – 3.5 miles!! We ended with a picture (board included to show we cleared it), prayer and names.
