EVERYBODY came in hot yesterday, so we jumped right in with a warmup of 10 TTT and 10 Windmills IC.
Remember those Choose Your Own Adventure books from when you were a kid? And what you chose dictated how the story went? But you could go back and choose different paths for a different outcome? I loved those. So this workout, which is a gonna be an occasional go-to for me, is my homage to those books. Think you’re gonna get off easy with 5 Burpees, not so fast chick, because In & Outs are coming at you hard and fast! Wanna do some easy Bicep Curls? Jokes on you motha-clucka! Because those Around the Worlds on the next square are gonna have your arms wigglin’ like spaghetti!
