19 amazing ladies and children came together this morning to work out on National Talk Like A Pirate Day! And when I say work, I mean work! After some warmups of arm circles, Michael Phelps, and toy soldiers, we battened down the hatches and got to work earning our pirate booties!
The Thang – ALARGH!
15 sets of each exercise, hold plank after the last until everyone catches up so we can start next round together.
- A (Arms) – Gun Show
- L (Legs) – Curtsy Lunges
- A (Abs) – Bourbons
- R – RUN
- G (Glutes) – Narwhals
- H – Hillbillies
Each individual exercise isn’t so bad, but something about these put together…we made it through 10 times…so a total of 300 of each exercise and a mile and a half of running! We WORKED!
Then a quick COT and Name-O-Rama.
