Hooray for the time change – we had daylight again!  6 PAX met in the Grove for our early Saturday workout.  We warmed up with arm circles, gate swings, jump ropes, butt kicks, and a BIG lap.  On our lap, we jogged, we side shuffled, and we ran backwards to really get that heart going.  Then we got started on The Thang: Alarms + Bingo

A – arms – 25 Bicep Curl to OH Press

L – legs – 25 Fire Hydrants each side

A – abs – 25 Russian Twists each side

R – run – Run around circle to stop sign, then Lt. Dan back to the mats (1 squat, 4 walking lunges, 2 squats, 8 walking lunges…we went up to 5 & 20 each time)

M – 25 Monkey Humpers

S – 25 Squats

To check a bingo box, we added 25 Wood Chops and 25 Indian Style LBCs.  Then we started again at the top.
I got lucky and timed this perfectly.  We went through 4 times, checking off our Bingo box and finishing with 3 minutes to spare for stretching.
We circled up, prayed for our country and world and the people we know struggling with COVID.  We did our name-o-Rama and then chatted for a few.  It was a great start to the morning!
