We completed 3 rounds of ALARMS (Arms, Legs, Abs, Run, & M exercise) today. 50 sets of each exercise.
Round 1. Bicep Curls, Deadlifts, Standing Side Bend with Weights, Merkins, Run
Round 2. Tricep Extensions, Lunges, Chair Pose Twists, Monkey Humpers, Run
Round 3. Yogi Push-ups, Side Leg Lifts, Bicycles, Mat Taps, Run
Cooled down with sun salutations & stretches & a saying…
