Wow! My FiA Sisters are the most incredible, wonderful, beautiful people and I am so lucky to have each of you in my life. We had a big crowd at The Grove this morning to celebrate my birthday. Boy, did you guys spoil me! Balloons, flowers, cupcakes, homemade bread, coffee, cards, and gifts! You guys are amazing. I have been really wanting a Cricut and Heat press to make fun things for our FiA girls. You guys all pitched in and made it happen. Thank you SO much! Get your shirt orders ready, ladies!
So, we did manage to have a beatdown today, despite the celebrations. We warmed up with some IC moves. Then we started our “run”, doing what I have dubbed the rotary phone. Think circular suicides.
We started at our mats with 20 kettle bell swings. Then we ran to the first mail box, did 1 star jump, then ran back to the mats for 20 more kettlebell swings. Then we ran to the second mailbox, did 2 jump squats, then ran back to the mats for 20 Kettlebell swings. We continued around the circle, running to one farther mailbox, then back to our mats each round.

We finished the rotary phone and got started on The Benjamins:

This adds up to 100 reps and 100 lunges.
After round 1, we did a round of Captain Thor. 1 big girl sit up, 4 Russian twists. Then 2/8, 3/12, … all the way to 10/40.
We still had plenty of time, so we repeated the Benjamins. Then we did Joan of Arms. 1 bicep curl, 4 Around the Worlds…again increasing up to 10/40.
I had the sand pups out that PAX could use for the kettlebell swings, curls, and Russian Twists.
It was a great workout and the best way to spend the morning! Thank you ladies for making my birthday special and making me feel so loved! ❤️
