Tonight we decided to play some games.  I gave the disclaimer and explained everything to our FNG, we did some jumping jacks and static stretches while everyone got set up and then we were good to go.

First we played Flip a Coin.  My app kept cutting my music off so I just pulled a quarter out and flipped each round.  First list of exercises is heads and the second is tails.  The coin determined which we did each round.

1 – 15 jump squats vs 25 calf raises

2 – 60 sec jog in place vs 25 jumping jacks

3 – 20 push ups vs 10 Carolina dry docks

4 – 20 flamingo bicep curls vs 30 figure 4 squats

5 – 40 high knees vs 40 butt kicks

6 – 35 lbcs vs 20 BGSU’s

7 – 10 3 direction crunches vs 25 ytw raises

8 – 15 around the worlds vs 20 reverse flys

9 – 50 heel drops vs 20 supermans

10 – 30 chicken wings vs 20 scarecrows

Next we played roll the dice.  We did the exercise corresponding to the # we rolled.

2  – 100 jumping jacks

3 – 30 lunges

4 – 30 high knees sets

5 – 15 pushups

6 – 25 lbc’s

7 – 30 squats

8 – 40 mtn climber sets

9 – 40 skaters total

10 – 100 jump ropes

11 – 30 butt kicks

12 – 20 front raises

Last we played deck of death.  I drew a card and we did the number on the card with the following suits:

hearts – lbc’s

diamonds – squat jumps

clubs – fire hydrant sets

spades – push ups

Jacks were 11, Queens were 12, Kings were 13, Aces were 14 and jokers were 5 of each exercise

We finished in time for COT and name o rama where we named our FNG Crunchy Roll for her love of sushi.  Thank you all for joining me.
