12 PAX gathered on this beautiful Summer morning at Veteran’s Park. It had been a while since I’d Q’d & it brought back good memories. “All Together Now”(or Tabata Stations) is one of my favorite beatdowns because it works all the things (Arms, Legs, Cardio, & Abs), is scaleable for any # of PAX, & keeps our heart rates up for the whole time. It did not disappoint.
