Just two of us this morning, but we still got in our workout plus learned more about each other!

Started out with some stretching- Michael Phelps, Arm circles, and other random warm up exercises.

Workout: Tabata Style Exercise 60 seconds Rest 20 seconds- in-between rounds run to the other end of the parking lot

  • Skull Crushers

Core

  • Russian Twists
  • Plank
  • Peter’s (Like Supermans)
  • Flutter Kicks

Legs

  • Deadlifts
  • Calf Raises
  • Jump Squats
  • Lunges

All

  • Bird Dogs
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Squat Press
  • Peter Parkers

We completed all the rounds one time through then doubled up on Arms and Core!
