Thanks for joining me PC! We did a super simple amrap that consisted of 5 minutes and a single exercise. Each pax had to do the exercise until burnout then run to center of parking lot and run back. Then start same exercise again and do until burnout… run… repeat for 5 mins.
Exercises: squats, overhead press, monkey humpers, crunches, Russian twist
