We played a little round robin of Flockers this morning. Starting out at 4:15 this morning IG and I got about a mile of walking in. Once Prada joined us, a little tabata style running until IG had to leave at 5:10. At 5:20 Happy Feet joined us. In total each of us got between 2 and 7 miles and tons and tons of much needed connecting and talking. I don’t know about you ladies, but I needed this morning. Thank you for always being there and for making my flocking mornings great!
